1. Application and documents
AutoContract, publicly provided under the name Selberg, is a completion and generation tool, not a public authority or legal-advice service. Romanian contracts use the ITL 054 model. Templates for the 11 foreign countries are private, unofficial templates, not certified official forms. Users check data, translations and transaction requirements before use; acceptance by authorities is not guaranteed.
2. Free access and export
Installation, local OCR, completion and contract previews are free. Without a valid export entitlement, previews carry a red SPECIMEN – FĂRĂ VALOARE JURIDICĂ watermark (specimen — not legally valid) and capture protections where Android supports them. Saving, printing or sharing a clean final contract requires valid Personal or Pro access. Data-processing notices/evidence documents have a separate workflow and are not presented as paid final contracts.
3. AutoContract Personal
Reference price: RON 99.99, paid once through Google Play. Personal is a non-recurring purchase allowing unlimited Romanian/international contract generation and saving, printing or sharing clean PDFs. It is for personal, non-commercial use and does not permit charging third parties for contract preparation, generation or supply. It does not include an in-app archive, client/vehicle database or Google Drive for new sessions. Users may explicitly save PDFs to their chosen destination.
4. AutoContract Pro / Professional
Reference prices: RON 49.99/month or RON 399.99/year through Google Play. While Pro entitlement is valid, it allows contract generation for personal and commercial use, including charging clients for completion, generation, printing and supply services. It includes the local archive, saved client/vehicle profiles, information reuse and optional Drive. Pro can be purchased directly without Personal. Selecting a company buyer in an international contract is not exclusive to Pro; permission to provide commercial services is a separate issue.
5. Payment, renewal, cancellation and restoration
No payments are taken on this website. Final price, currency, taxes, period and conditions are shown by Google Play before confirmation. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew under the conditions accepted there until cancelled. Manage/cancel them in Google Play; uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation ordinarily stops the next renewal and access continues until the paid period ends while the purchase remains valid. Refunds and applicable statutory rights follow Google Play rules and applicable law; this text does not exclude mandatory rights. Restoration checks purchases for the relevant Google Play account; pending transactions do not grant access in advance.
6. Expiry, existing data and entitlement checks
Expired Pro does not turn into Personal. A separately purchased Personal entitlement remains independent. Without valid export rights, new contracts return to protected preview. Existing archives/documents are not automatically deleted and remain recoverable or deletable; new Pro operations require active entitlement. OCR/PDF preparation run locally, while purchases, restoration, periodic entitlement checks and Drive require network access. Paid offline access is checked and limited; permanent activation without verification of a valid purchase is not promised.
7. Licence limits and existing purchases
The licence does not permit reselling the app or selling its templates as standalone products. Pro commercial use covers services delivered with the app and is not a professional authorisation issued by any authority. Existing purchases retain the conditions applicable when purchased; these terms do not retroactively remove previously purchased rights.
8. Checking and handling data
OCR may make mistakes. Users compare information with the source documents, confirm identifiers and are responsible for appropriate use and retention. Personal-data notices are separate from licence acceptance. Archiving, retaining photographs and Drive are separate choices. These pages do not guarantee GDPR compliance or universal legal validity.
9. Testing, availability and contact
During Closed Testing, installation depends on Google-account authorisation and joining the testing programme. A Google Play link does not imply public Production availability.
